1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services
Synfro provides AI, automation, software development and related digital business solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are defined in quotations, proposals or service agreements.
3. Quotes, proposals & agreements
Individual project agreements, quotations and proposals take precedence for project-specific terms where applicable.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices published on the website are indicative starting points. Final pricing depends on scope and requirements. Payment terms are as stated in the applicable agreement.
5. Project scope & changes
Work proceeds according to the agreed scope. Changes or revisions outside scope may affect timeline and fees and require written confirmation.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients shall provide timely information, access, approvals and materials reasonably required to deliver the services.
7. Third-party services
Solutions may integrate third-party platforms (for example messaging, CRM or hosting). Their terms and availability apply separately.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Synfro retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies. Custom deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the service agreement.
9. Confidentiality
Each party shall protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for performing the engagement.
10. Availability & liability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synfro’s liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
11. Cancellation & termination
Cancellation and termination follow the signed agreement. Work already performed and third-party costs may remain payable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; courts in Kerala shall have jurisdiction where applicable.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
